Julia Loren is a journalist (B.A., University of Washington), licensed counselor (M.S., Seattle Pacific University), and a frequent contributor to both secular and religious publications.

A very inspirational speaker, Julia ministers in a variety of venues around the world and offers a variety of workshops and retreats that brings delight to the hearts of people as they connect with their destiny.

Julia was born in San Francisco during an era when her parents frequented parties with the likes of Lawrence Ferlinghetti and Allan Ginsburg. Raised in Southern California, Julia fell under the spell of the ocean and spent her youth in or on or under water in the company of other "happy heathens".

A former journalist and public relations writer, she has since published several books and loves helping others develop their writing projects.
